Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Refund Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 will apply to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform processing charges.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds or reshipments will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Your order was not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you.
- Delivery was delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as customs issues or natural disasters.
- You selected an incorrect size from categories such as Shoes, Hoodies, T-shirts, or Sweatshirts, where accurate country-specific size charts are provided.
- Electronic items are non-refundable.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but confirmed as lost or stolen.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Shipping
